Replacement of mineral wool
We are working on several "more sustainable" alternatives for a door and gate manufacturer. In the 3-year project, we developed our own test procedure. It is now becoming clearer that even a regional material alternative can be successful with a partner. The project is funded by the “Forschungszulage”.
More sustainable PU foam
We are also creating a more sustainable PU foam in the area of doors and gates with HS Kaiserslautern and in the EU project "BIOMAT-testbed". The biggest challenges here are the product integration processes, which we are also working on. The project is funded by the “Forschungszulage”.
EU call "save the planet"
With L´Oreal, P&G and HS Kaiserslautern, we are in the EU call "save planet", in witch our machine (prototype) is to be usesd for fiber separation and testing
LONG-FIBER EXTRACTION
With the wold-famous FZ Jülich/ Department of Plant Sciences and Professor Ulrich Schurr our machine (prototype) is to be used for fiber separation and testing for our native and other plant species (e.g. dates, etc.)
